What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us through this site, we collect what you type into the form — your name, email address, phone number, company, and message — and any files you upload (drawings, CAD models, photos). This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

How we use it

To answer your request, prepare your quote, and make your parts. Your files and details are sent to our shop's email and kept in our quoting system so we can follow up and, if you order, build the job. We don't sell or share your information with anyone outside the shop except the service providers that host this website and deliver our email, and vendors we need to involve to make your part (for example a heat-treat or plating house), who see only what's needed for the job.

Your files

Uploaded files are stored on our website host in private storage and reachable only through a unique link included in the email to our shop. We keep them for as long as we need them to quote and produce your work. Drawings you send us are treated as your confidential information.

Questions or removal

To ask what we hold about you or have it removed, call (717) 284-0890, email info@holtwoodmachine.com, or write to us at 1304 Holtwood Road, Holtwood, PA 17532.
